What are the processes to get your tickets on Venndor?
The process is simple. Here are the steps:
- Create an account and open your dashboard.
- Click 'Create New Event' and add the details: title, date, location (or a link for a virtual event), description and cover image.
- Set up your tickets, with a price and quantity for each tier.
- Publish your event.
How do I create an event on Venndor?
Create an account, and you will be redirected to your dashboard. Click 'Create New Event', then add the details of the event: title, date, location (or a link for a virtual event), description and cover image. Then set up your tickets and publish.
Is it free to list an event, and what fees do you charge?
It is free to create an event on Venndor. Tiered events, however, attract a 5% + NGN 100 platform fee.
Can I sell different ticket types?
Yes. You can create multiple ticket tiers, such as Early Bird, Regular, VIP and Group, each with its own price and quantity.
Can I offer early-bird pricing?
Yes. Set an early-bird tier at a lower price to reward early buyers and bring in sales before the event. Early-bird tiers close when they've sold out or the date expires.
Can I run a multi-day event?
Yes. Venndor supports multi-day events, so you can set up festivals, conferences and workshops that run over several days.
Can I host a free event and still collect donations?
Yes. You can create a free event that accepts donations, which works well for community events, charity drives and fundraisers.
Can I make my event private?
Yes. Private invite events let you control who can register, which suits VIP dinners, launches and corporate gatherings.
Can I ask attendees questions during checkout?

How do I check people in at the event?
Every ticket carries a unique QR code. Your team scans it at the entrance, and a code that has already been used is flagged.
