1. Account Registration and Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Terms for Event Organizers (Host)

• Event Creation: Organizers are entirely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of the events they list on the Platform.
• Compliance: You represent and warrant that your event complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including licensing, health and safety regulations, and crowd control permits.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you cancel or significantly alter an event, you must notify all ticket buyers immediately. You are responsible for managing and issuing refunds in accordance with your stated policy and applicable laws.
• Platform Fees: The Company charges a service fee for ticket sales processed through the Platform. Fees will be deducted from your ticket payouts as outlined in our current pricing schedule.

3. Terms for Ticket Buyers (Attendees)

• Ticket Purchases: All ticket purchases are transactions directly between the Buyer and the Organizer. The Platform facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the contract of sale.
• Refund Policy: Refund policies are set by individual Organizers. The Company is not responsible for issuing refunds unless an event is canceled and the Organizer fails to honor their policy.
• Event Admission: A valid ticket guarantees entry subject to the Organizer's venue rules. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for unruly behavior or non-compliance with venue policies.

4. Payments and Payouts

• Third-Party Processors: We use secure, third-party payment gateways (e.g., Paystack, Bachs) to process transactions. We do not store your full financial data on our servers.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts to Organizers for ticket sales will be processed [e.g., 5-7 business days] after the successful conclusion of the event, minus our platform fees, to protect against fraud and chargebacks.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

• Prohibited Events: You may not list events that promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or explicit adult content.
• Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of the text, images, and logos you upload to your event pages. However, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute this content to promote your event and our Platform
• Content Takedowns: We reserve the right to remove any event listing or terminate any account that violates these guidelines or harms the reputation of the Platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Service: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• No Liability for Events: The Company does not organize, host, or control the events listed on the Platform. We are not liable for any death, personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring at any event listed on our Platform.
• Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your event management practices.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
