Is it free to list an event, and what fees do you charge?

It is free to create an event on Venndor. Tiered events, however, attract a 5% + NGN 100 platform fee.

Can I sell different ticket types?

Yes. You can create multiple ticket tiers, such as Early Bird, Regular, VIP and Group, each with its own price and quantity.

Can I offer early-bird pricing?

Yes. Set an early-bird tier at a lower price to reward early buyers and bring in sales before the event. Early-bird tiers close when they've sold out or the date expires.

Can I run a multi-day event?

Yes. Venndor supports multi-day events, so you can set up festivals, conferences and workshops that run over several days.

Can I host a free event and still collect donations?

Yes. You can create a free event that accepts donations, which works well for community events, charity drives and fundraisers.

Can I make my event private?

Yes. Private invite events let you control who can register, which suits VIP dinners, launches and corporate gatherings.

Can I ask attendees questions during checkout?

Yes. Add custom questions at checkout to learn more about your audience, for example, company, dietary needs, t-shirt size, or how they heard about your event.

How do I check people in at the event?

Every ticket carries a unique QR code. Your team scans it at the entrance, and a code that has already been used is flagged.
